Xmedia Recode is a very handy free all-in-one video converter and basic editor. It does NOT contain any annoying bundleware and has a portable version. This guide will show you to cut any video without reconverting your video.

    Software required

    Xmedia Recode (It's FREE !!!)

    Guide

    Open File.
    Under the Format tab choose:
    Profile: Custom
Format: MP4 (choose the same format as your video file container, video.mp4 = MP4, video.mkv = MKV, video.avi = AVI, etc)
File extension: mp4 (choose same extension as your video file)

    2. Set that Start frame.
    3. Set the End frame.
    4. You can also manually type the start and end time.
(NOTE! The cut wont be exact because you can only cut at keyframes.)
