Hi all,
Forgive me if this issue has been posted a bit, I have tried to find the answer myself but am having no joy. I recently system restored my computer and used to have a lovely way of converting my video to MP4, importing it into MPEG streamclip and exporting great DV file from there to be editable in my video editing program. However for whatever reason I am now unable to import Mp4 or Avi without seeing this white screen. I can hear the audio but it's like I'm missing the right codec.
The kind of file I am importing into MPEG streamclip is a converted MP4 file (originally MKV).
I have the Quicktime Alternative 1.81 installed which has always worked well in the past. Can anyone point me in the right direction to solve this issue?
Thanks
