  2. I used Tubedigger trial (free) from this public computer and it downloaded the audio (96kbps) no problem. The free trial downloads 50% of the file, in this case that was 30 minutes of music.

  3. Use Developer Tools (F12) in a browser and look for the mpd link:

    Code:
    https://aod-dash-ww-live.akamaized.net/usp/auth/vod/piff_abr_full_audio/77dc1e-m00028jm/vf_m00028jm_c40582ab-816d-4ae9-9c67-ef4d30786b4b.ism/pc_hd_abr_v2_nonuk_dash_master.mpd?__gda__=1549180285_5f07828e337dcc5ea2cc92a83c9b6a2a
Then use that link with youtube-dl:

    Code:
    youtube-dl "https://aod-dash-ww-live.akamaized.net/usp/auth/vod/piff_abr_full_audio/77dc1e-m00028jm/vf_m00028jm_c40582ab-816d-4ae9-9c67-ef4d30786b4b.ism/pc_hd_abr_v2_nonuk_dash_master.mpd?__gda__=1549180285_5f07828e337dcc5ea2cc92a83c9b6a2a"
    Available streams:

    Code:
    youtube-dl -F https://aod-dash-ww-live.akamaized.net/usp/auth/vod/piff_abr_full_audio/77dc1e-m00028jm/vf_m00028jm_c40582ab-816d-4ae9-9c67-ef4d30786b4b.ism/pc_hd_abr_v2_nonuk_dash_master.mpd?__gda__=1549180285_5f07828e337dcc5ea2cc92a83c9b6a2a

I once managed to capture a (radio) Sounds program from the BBC website, with the MacX Youtube Downloader, (Festival of Nine Lessons 2018) but now i can't repeat that same "action" anymore, my guess is the BBC is very "sharp" on monitoring their website
it's easy to convert the AAC file though..
