    I am running vista 64bit.
I, like many ppl, are converting my dvd collection to mpg using clone dvd to get the vob's and vob2mpg to get the mpg.
I have no problems getting the vobs off the disk but have some problems with the vob2mpg software.
I am using the free version and I was running the .0131 I keep getting "finished processing" before anything started... but it was only on a few dvd's. i upgraded to the latest version .0520 and i am having the same problem with the "finished processing" and now also getting "this operation is not permitted in the current domain"
I have read a few posts on the"finished processing" but they always get off topic with no resolution.
    please help.

I think it is because it doesn't like commas in the file path. Can you change the folder name so that it doesn't contain any?

Running a new purchase/install of vob2mpg pro. It will, with prior backups of copied dvds to a mpeg file no problem, but if i try with a factory dvd- iget sound but no video- what am i doing wrong or what extra software is needed?

  9. commercial dvds are copy protected. either remove the protection first by coping to your hard drive with dvdfab, or have anydvd running in the background while using vob2mpg.
