"Help!" I can't play vcd on pc ?

Hi there.

I'm not a complete newbie ("thanx to u guys") so i will put this in short

1. bought a new computer (xp athlon 2.2 60 gig )
2. will not play my copied vcd's-AVSEQ01 files
3 tryed installing codecs
4. all vcd's played great on my old pc (No >use your old comp jokes please)

Whet the hell is going on
Please help if u can

Just out of curiousity, can you copy the DAT file from the VCD to your HD?

Maybe its a SVCD and you haven't installed a DVD player yet... (just a thought )

The demo version of WinDVD or PowerDVD (I forget which) installs a MPEG2 codec that Media Player can use.
