Hey,
I am looking for a way to track the motion of objects and convert this motion into vector lines, which then can be saved/exported (svg).
My use case: I have a video of a flock of birds and want to get a line pattern of their flight.
I´m super grateful for every suggestions.

You first need to decide which video editor (NLE) you have access to or better, how much you would like to spend on a pro solution. Freeware includes VSDC, payware Premier Pro etc.
It's not important the problem be solved, only that the blame for the mistake is assigned correctly
