    Hello. I use gmplib.org to download their gmp library as a part of building the mingw cross-compiler toolset to then build ffmpeg.

    Unfortunately gmpib.org is down. Is there a reliable mirror ?

    Try the gnu.org FTP server or some mirror at ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gmp/. A valid Australian mirror should be http://gnu.uberglobalmirror.com/gmp/.
