Maybe, I just though that video's audio is always 48Khz and audio only is 44.1 Khz red book.

Interestingly, I did one resize to 1080 and without encoding it to mp4 first youtube successfully encoded it in 1080p60, Very strange. I think from now on this is the way of uploading SD videos to youtube.

Oh okay, good to know, Though my mp4 encoded files are always 48Khz, I use this commend:

No, MediaInfo never gets that right unless there is a flag in the file saying it's progressive so ignore that.

Ok, Back to the subject. The first attempt failed, I de-interlaced the lossless file and resized to 960x720 and youtube lowered it to 320p max, I guess it didn't know what to make of the video since all the specs were high:.

360p is the default quality that a video is given first out of the gate. People who follow channels closely will often put in the comments "360p gang" meaning that they are early to a video being posted, before YT processes the video more with better options. Did it ever go above 360p?

I waited several days still 4kdownloader reports 360p as the highest quality so it was something wrong with that upload.

No, MediaInfo never gets that right unless there is a flag in the file saying it's progressive so ignore that.

MediaInfo is only reporting on how your file is tagged and it likely is getting that right.
From checking a few mp4/h264 files they do all report Scan type: Progressive.

Does this have any impact on processing/display ? I have no idea.

I had media info reporting an interlaced video as progressive, so it is not reliable in that area.

Files can be tagged wrong.

mp4/h264 has a per-frame Interlaced tag, which can be viewed with ffmpeg/ffprobe.
