I can't move part of my clips because it will only let me enlarge it. VSDC

Hello I am using VSDC software to create a video, I need some help.

I can't move parts of the clip because they are too small and it will only let me enlarge it.

Here is a picture of me being able to move a clip

I can't move this clip around.

But since the one is too small it will only let me enlarge it.
