QTGMC and masktools headache

I did not use QTGMC ( and avisynth for that mater ) almost 2 years, I see that there are some "new" plugins (rgtools)and 64bit support is there, So I say to give it a try to deinterlace with one of my recorded tapes files which is Lagarith 720x576 25fps i (most of my sd videos are) the same is happening on 1080i h264 file. My PC is new i7 7700 32gb ddr4 1070 8gb I installed all Microsoft VC files, qtgmc supporting files, I am using Windows 10 64x creator edition, Avisynth+ ( I used two versions 1579 I think and the 25.. (mt) version. I tried couple of masktools version from the new repository and always get the error. I am using 32 bit version, AVSPmod and Vdub. I am missing something ?

I tried everything, downloading plugins (separately and in zip files from doom9 forums) I almost saw all the posts about QTGMC and cannot get it to work. My old pc was fine with 3.3.2 but with this new script and plugins I always get some sort of error no nendi no mt_mkdiff no this no that And I have everything in the folder, I used avisynth but this is strange all this versions you need this that bla bla I give up

1. You use MaskTools 2.2.13
2. You have 32 bit MaskTools dll + 32 bit AviSynth
2. You have 32 bit ("vc_redist.x86.exe") VC++ http://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=53840

I tried avysiinth 32 2.6 and alfa 1 avisynth+ and +mt all give different errors I put all plugins in plugins folder not + last time no Nendi3 (I have it ) then reinstalling mt_mk diff
My file is lags 720x576 25i yuv2 pal

maybe vc is the problem

very strange vc 2015 is not shown as installed and I am sure that I already install it the first time. very strange
On MS site is says that 2017 preceded the 2015( It seems that order of installation is important you have to install 2015 before 2017 otherwise will not show in control panel) I will try to reinstall all vc (third time) and come back thanks sneaker

Again the same error no nendi3 ( which one should I use from w7 ones I used avx and avx2 ) edit I tried all and no nendi3 wtf

vc++ 2015 and 2017 are interchangeable.

About nnedi3: try "x86\Release_W7".

I just tried that thanks a ton that was the problem I used simple w7 but why i have i7770 doesn't that use avx2 or I am mistaking
