Hello,
I'm looking for a possibility, that MeGUI mux automatic the audio track from the inputvideo in the finish encode video.
Sorry for this bad english.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

AutoEncode will do it. If there's something loaded into the audio section for re-encoding and you wish to use the original audio (no re-encoding), click the "X" box in the audio section to clear it. Click on AutoEncode and check the box for "adding additional content" when the window opens. That'll let you add the audio from the original file (assuming MeGUI extracted it while indexing), and when the video encoding has finished, MeGUI will automatically mux the audio and video into a single output file.
The OneClick encoder can also do the same and give you a single file containing both audio and video.
