How to reduce the graininess?

Hello guys, I got this bluray and realized a granulation in the episodes I'm encoding in episodes separated by using the x264, I wonder if there is some setting or plugin that decrease or remove this granulation, below I leave some examples.

a) If you insist in removing it: AviSynth – Denoisers; happy testing ... see you next year ...

b) If you consider retaining it: --nr ### (and some opinions about it).

BTW: "grain" is mostly used for temporally blended noise. It requires special treatment, compared to random noise (independently in every frame). Therefore, single screenshots are useless for rating content.
