i've converted several dvd avi movies (divx) to vcd using tmpenc before without any problems, but now when i do it, i get this bloches that are like faded colors. they stay for a few seconds then disappear, but then reappear a few seconds later and this happend throughout the movie. is this a result of a new divx codec? can anyone please help give me some suggestions as to how to get rid of them? I've read thru the conversion section tried a few options, but i don't know why it would be necessary as the help section says that with a ripped dvd shouldn't need any filters? well these are ripped dvds converted to avi and i want to convert them to vcd.
Please, any help would greatly be appreciated. thanks!!
