  1. Nanotubes are more powerful than platitudes
Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons.

All that's nice but the $100,000 question is, has AMD actually implemented TCA/DRM in what's on the market now, and what lines?

    useless discussion.
all it takes is one moment when people (the consumers) will start using their brains and say NO to all the corpocracy's DRMs/DMCAs/etc
Its just that it still didn't bite most of the consumers in their asses yet, thus public is still disinterested.

*Most* consumers probably have no idea about these issues and, in all likelihood, don't care.

    I repeat:

All it takes is some itunes or such to go belly up. Its just that not one big and popular salesman of DRM-infected files didnt close yet, thats why most of their buyers have no clue how enslaved are their 'purchases'.

It the for what its worth catgegory, I read the following quote with interest:
    The article I read said
    Quote:
Conversely, Intel is heavily promoting what it calls "active management technology" (AMT) in the new chips as a major plus for system administrators and enterprise IT. Understood to be a sub-operating system residing in the chip's firmware, AMT will allow administrators to both monitor or control individual machines independent of an operating system.

Additionally, AMT also features what Intel calls "IDE redirection" which will allow administrators to remotely enable, disable or format or configure individual drives and reload operating systems and software from remote locations, again independent of operating systems.
If you are a government IT or IA person, this will strike fear into your heart. THis has so many intrusion implications that it will most likely not pass their thresholds and will not be acceptable. Now, if the government is not a large stakeholder to MS and Intel, then it will be time to say AHHHHHHHH and swallow with a glass of water.
