Does anyone know there i can find tutorials on using Adobe Premiere 6?

Try the Adobe Web Site.
Books are available such as Quickstart Guide for Premiere $20.00. The Premiere Bible (not that great) or Adobe has a manuel. I believe videotapes are for sale too. try http://www.videoguys.com
