inserting subtitlle to a blu-ray, the movie won't playback correctly!!

Hi guys,

I have a blu-ray movie and I want to add a subtitle to it, I tried to find a guide on videohelp.com but I couldn't so I googled to find two different guides for adding a subtitle keeping the original menus, here are the guides:

I did exactly what I was told in these guides, the resulting blu-ray played fine with the inserted subtitle but the last chapter was missing, though when I played the resulting m2ts file it was full length, I noticed then that the movie is repeating the first chapter and deleting the last one while playing back only (the chapter is there in the original movie)!!

any ideas guys plz!!

I've figured it out, tsmuxer is screwing the chapters sometimes, it can't read the chapter list correctly sometimes, so what I did is to use BDEdit with the original BD movie, I saved the chapters list then I load it again in tsmuxer, now all is working fine, thanks
