I have tried numerous times with automatic synchronizers but it does not work, can anyone help me?

Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

I would like to suggest you to use Subtitld, with the "Gap" tool:

I believe you can fix this manually with the Gap tool.

Just to clarify, you are focused on synchronization, i.e. adding the time codes of when text should appear. I'll assume that you already have a transcript of the video.
If so, I actually think YouTube is excellent for this. Upload your file on YouTube and mark it Private. Then follow these instructions:

To get the the transcript to split the transcript into logical chunks, I recommend doing this with your transcript file before uploading:

Try it out. It works really well for me.
