The Pioneer BDR-2209 Blu-Ray Burner can certainly play 3D Blu-Ray movies with the right software. It is supposed to come with an OEM version of Cyberlink Media Suite 10. I'm not sure if this version of Cyberlink PowerDVD 10 can play 3D Blu-Ray discs, or only 2D Blu-Ray discs. However, Cyberlink will usually offer an reduced-price upgrade to the latest version of PowerDVD Ultra, which will play 3D, but PowerDVD 10 and above are Cinavia compliant which means they won't play ripped movies that were protected with Cinavia.

As has already been explained to you, all you need is ImgBurn to burn a properly ripped or authored 3D movie. Cyberlink Media Suite doesn't include software for ripping and shrinking Blu-Ray movies. You need to use the other software suggested to you in one of your other threads for that.
