  1. Just wondering if anybody has tried that program and is it better than Avisynth?

Sorry to use an old post, but I prefer to speak here.

Vreveal is good but specially because of his simple interface and of the ease with which we can retouched/altered a video.

Bur I'm not sure that the results we have with it, are better than with other software (e.g. Avisynth), but that remains a rather useful software.

On the other hand I had a trouble, when I save a video that I edited with VReveal, the final file is a little bit strange, I have just slightly adjust the luminosity but in the video sometimes it is bright then return to his original color and then becomes again bright etc.
    It's curious x/

Does anyone have a similar problem like me?

It's really rotten. I have it, and almost never use it.
It mostly just blurs and zooms, and plays around with the color quality.

Avisynth is the best for restoration.

  4. According to their site, the company is out of business, so I don't know why anyone is bringing this up:

ok so maybe the problem is just with my computer...

I'll test it again later to see if it will be better.

  6. They didn't seem to have any awareness of PAL resolutions, which didn't give me an awful lot of confidence in them, and they really weren't very helpful when I contacted them about it. As to the interface, I hated it! Maybe I just didn't spend enough time with the software to learn to love it. Not one of my better purchases.
