DVD Recorder with HD.....need recommendations

I've read all the postings so far, but one thing I wanted to make sure is that I can set Index/Chapters on the burned DVD-R because I mostly record music/concerts. It shoul dbe recorded on the HD first, and after the editing process, those index marks should be transfered to the DVD-R.....which of the current machines (I think the Pioneer can do that) can you recommend and who has enough experience especially with music related DVD recordings to tell me what's best ? Pioneer is good. Maybe you would like to wait for the JVC HD DVD recorder to come out? It may do this. I don't know the features of this.

Create a Play List, does the same thing basically. Most dvd recorders do chapters automatically.
