Is there a program that can best capture an image screen & audio from a a video playing on the monitor screen?

I know programs, like Win X You Tube, that can capture the video file from the URL, but I wonder if there's a conference or a concert playing, is there a way to capture it.

For now, my only idea is use a video camera and record the screen & audio, but some weeks I did try a program that did capture the image but not the audio, probably because I didn't know how to use it. I deleted it, even from my programs list, which I shouldn't have.

Anyway, which is the program I can look into or try that can do such a thing?

    Thanks!

Filmora. Free software I use for Mac. They make it for PC. No delay and can capture full screen. Works very well for me.

It captures the computer's audio, as well as you can capture microphone voiceover.

    File<Record Media<Record PC Screen<System Audio On.
