I recorded a video on an iPhone SE and the video plays fine on the phone but when I transfer the video to my computer it has strange alternating bands of color that switch back and forth. I have never seen this before and am curious what is causing it.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

I may have just discovered the answer. It looks OK on Windows Media player. The problem seems to be the default player that I recently got with W10. I believe it is called Movies and TV.

It plays fine on my Win10 computer with the Movies and TV player and WMP (as well as several other players I tried). You may have a graphics driver bug. Try updating to the latest certified driver from the graphics card's manufacturer. The driver windows installs automatically may not support all features.
