The version of VLC that I have is 2.2.1. It's on 2 PCs, one with Win7 and one with Win10. When I check for updates it says it's the newest version. But in the download section here the newest one shown is 2.2.3.
    What's up with that?

Maybe it's a manual process on the back end at the VLC site, and the new version may be so new that they haven't updated their servers yet for when VLC calls home.

I see this sort of activity with lots of sites that need a buffer to be in sync with updates, new content, etc.
I hate VHS. I always did.

VLC 2.2.4 is now available from the link on VH's VLC toolpage.
