I found a downloadable video clip in the internet with the following extensions .asf and .avp. Can I transfer that video clip in a cd recordable medium that can be played in a regular vcd player, so that I can watch it in a television instead of a computer.
Thank you very much. God bless!
Robert

The short answer is NO.
The somewhat longer answer is you need to encode the files to mpg(1) standards for VCD.
For vdc2.0 these are
352*240(resolution) @ 29.97Hz for NTSC or
352*288(resolution) @ 25 Hz for PAL
I think you can do this with TMPGEnc but I'm having trouble with it. Just search the net for "ASF to MPG" your bound to find something.
All of this you could have found in the faq and it is not related to vcdeasy but here you go.
