  1. I am having a real problem trying to copy a disc with DVDFAB. It does not do anything when I insert the disc. Is this because the disc is Blu-Ray?

How do I copy it? I have never had this problem before. The disc is part of a series set, i.e., tv show.

    Thanks

  3. But will it copy the full disc video file the way that DVDFAB would?

the disc may have copy protection that is not yet in their database.
go to the dvdfab forums - https://forum.dvdfab.cn/ - decryption updates, to report Blu-ray discs with new protections

Sounds like you have a faulty disc/reader,does any other blu-ray disc get detected?

  9. Maybe this is a Dvd-Reader, not a BR-Reader.
