MKV with 5.1 audio make, freeze MPC-BE

I've a video from BD with two audio tracks:

1) AC3 stereo
2) AC3 5.1

When I play the video with MPC-BE and try to go forward or backward with the slider it freezes for a while and then resumes. I converted the second audio track to stereo and remuxed it with MKVToolNix and the video works without any problems

So there is some problem with the 5.1 audio. I also tried with other players (pot player, VLC) and they have the same problem as MPC-BE

Remux it with both audio tracks (AC3 Stereo & AC3 5.1) with mkvtoolnix.
