    Hi,

In 2010 I went on vacation and they made some videos during our quad trip. We got a DVD with all the video files, but I haven't been able to play them. So I don't even know if the videos will contain our quad rides .
Maybe someone in here can help out by getting the videos to play and/or show me a way to convert to a format that would play in most available video players. I uploaded the two smallest of them for you to try out.

I hope someone out there can help me with this? Been trying for more than 10 years now

    With kind regards,
    RainOfChaos

if the rest are like these just toss it in the trash. the files are filled with nothing but 0's. they're blank empty files.

The samples you uploaded are empty and have no information, most likely all your mpg files are bad.

These are the copies of the original files that were on the DVD. As I stated in my previous comment I also tried the Hex Editor on the original files directly on the DVD itself. They also have only zeros in them. So it might be that the burning software didn't do a good job and only allocated the files in size, but not in data.

I meant the videos as there were produced as by a camcorder or vhs,the original source.
