    Hello friends.
Please advise about an iphone app that can cut / trim videos without re-encoding.

The ones I used re-encode which drastically increases the file size.

    Original video: 7.0 minutes, 65 MB (720p, 24 fps)
    Trimmed video : 2.4 minutes, 182 MB (720p, 29 fps)
    Format H.264

I used InShot, a popular app.
There is also Splice but it was quite costly.

    Thank you for your suggestions.
    Have a nice day.

    It's a phone, not a video editor.

Be realistic, Lordsmurf. A trim and resave does not require a video-editing computer.

Capcut. I'm not an Apple Fanboy but another of my household is. It has just what you are after, I suspect:

I would rather use a computer any day to do any video editing,a phone to me is too restricting.

That looks interesting and a lot easier to use on an iPhone. I prefer working on a PC or MAC, but there are times when a quick and nervous edit on ones iPhone is useful

I use an IOS app called Timestamp Camera(out of necessity) and it gives you the option to permanently save all video as MP4. Makes for easier editing later in a PC(if necessary).

Yes that's right in most cases. A phone is too restrictive for most video editing operations.
However I need really basic editing, just trimming. So copying files from phone to computer for such simple editing and then copying the file back to the phone, especially when it's needed frequently is not worth the hassle.

A very basic app just for video trimming would be fine. There are tons of them but they all re-encode which makes them pretty useless since high storage capacity phones particularly of high end brands are very expensive.

    That would really be awesome.
For me, the native camera app seems to support only start and end trimming.

I can't see any cut out option for middle of the video. If you know about it please guide me as that would solve the issue, if it doesn't re-encode to a larger size.

    Exactly, that's the point! 👍
A very simple trim should be done on the phone.

    Thank you!
It gives you the option to choose file size.

I'll install it and post the results.
