    hi, i bought this dvd player and am having problems with playback. The video seems to keep on jerking whilst it is being played! Is there anything that i can do to sort this problem out? I have updated to the latest firmware v3.

    Please help!!

    Are you using a store bought DVD or a +/- R disc?

    If it isn't a store bought disc, then your new player doesn't like your media or it is bad media.
