    When I play my VCDS on my NAPA vcd player, how come the picture is black/white. There is no color! How do I make color come on?

    I presume you are in a standard NTSC user country. As the default setting for the DAV is PAL, you'll have to change it with the remote control. Check your user manual how to do this.
