Hacks for removing/negating/bypassing region code restrictions are becoming fewer and farther between, particularly for Blu-ray.
Your best best bet is to rip the disc (temp region change of drive to accommodate disc only if absolutely necessary) and save copy (iso) with region coding removed, then burn if you want/need to.

I doubt that you can change the region code of your LG 4K UP875 blu ray player. A Google search didn't find any offerings for this model.

I suspect you are out of luck.

Most Blu Ray players won't allow this. It's usually the off-brand ones that don't care so much about the rules where is can be done (I have a Veon branded one that does), and not the major manufacturers who tend to follow the rules more closely. And of all the major manufacturers Sony are pretty much the most plcked down, presumably because of their studio interests. Your choices are basically:
    - rip the disc on a computer as per the advice above
    - import another (region 2) player from Europe and hope your TV can cope with the output (the old PAL vs NTSC regions etc)
    - buy another, region-free, player as per the advice above; or
    - give up.
