is your stream type supposed to be mpg-1 audio layer 2 or 1?? because under layer 2 with tmpgenc It won't run but with layer 1 it does. But it says it's supposed to be layer 2 I heard some wheres.

Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

It is supposed to be MPEG 1, Layer 2 @ 224kbits/sec. It is possible that you choosing the wrong one. Since, the newer version of TMPGEnc's SVCD trial expires after 30 days. However, it is just a registry setting that needs to be deleted. No biggie.
