  1. As the title says it is an interlaced video that in certain scenes has the two things together (interlacing and flicker) and if the compression artifacts, I think they are called blocking something like that.
    Any help would be appreciated.

  2. The video is badly damaged: Interlaced vertically resized and encoded as progressive.
    You may try something along the line:
    Code:
    ffms2("Depeche Mode - 'Stripped' - Archives Concert Series, The World Violation Tour, August 4th, 1990 .mkv")
    spline36resize(720,360)
    blur(0.0,0.8)  
    Spline36resize(720,480)
    There may be better proposals though.
