Was wondering if there is a way to show the thumbnails for MKV files (Instead of default player's icon), in Windows Explorer, similar to what you see for V_MPEG4.

I also have a couple of V_MPEG2 files that also don't show the thumbnail. They are very old movies. But same question.

I generally don't go manually installing third party codec packs. I use PotPlayer, and did install the codecs offered during installation, but that's all.
