  1. I just installed Mandrake-Linux on a spare computer I had laying around and was wondering what a good tv card would be for it. Any ideas people?

    Thanks

Cards based on the bt8x8 chipset (like most Hauppage cards) are pretty well supported in Linux.

  5. If you go with an ATI card with TV-out such as an All-in-Wonder, check out http://www.stud.uni-hamburg.de/users/lennart/projects/atitvout/ for a program which can enable TV-out under GNU/Linux.
