  1. Hi,

I'm going to start producting DVDs to sell and I need reliable media. I'm looking for DVD-R, printable, and silver dye. Oh, and quality media at a good price. Does anybody have any suggestions and/or links?

    Thank you

A bit suspicious... are you trying to hide something? Recordable dye is currently a shade of violet (blue to purple spectrum). Your customers, unless you're trying to hornswaggle them, should not have a problem with this.

  6. Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply. It's not for pirated videos but for private videos. I figured that silver will be less questioned by customers.

    Thank you

Do they even make DVD+-R with silver dye..??? Last I knew it was purple...(Or in super-cheap media, pinkish, i.e. optodisc+R).

I use silver top as well for stuff I sell occasionally. I don't buy printables or print on them. They just look a BIT less cheesey than sending something like a Memorsux or TDK.
