Improve Combattler V color. How ?!

Ok, Back in the three months ago there is Voltes V version which has english hardsub in it but now some one share very very good version of the same anime which include quality improvement and especially color enhancement and you can see the difference below.I want to do the same with combattler v anime of course i will not share it but to watch it with good quality. I can fix the noise using McTemporalDenoise(settings="high") which will clean the image without remove some details i hope but i really don't know how to get the same result or result close to the new version of Voltes v. Can anyone help me with that. please ?!
