video doesn't play right in many players

why is it this video 262KB doesn't play right in VLC and possibly some others

the last word "relativistic" plays in Windows Media Player. But in VLC it gets cut in the middle of that last word so the last word is just "relativi"

I notice that WMP says it's 5s. mediainfo says it's 4min 127ms. I don't know exactly how long WMP find it to be, but WMP plays for a bit longer

If it makes any difference, mediainfo shows it as Format MPEG-PS, MPEG1 video MPEG2 audio.

Hi,

Playing it in GOM gives the same result you experienced in VLC... the last word is "relativi". Playing it in SMPlayer you hear "relativi" twice as if it's trying to fill an empty gap at the end of the soundtrack.

Mediainfo shows the video to be 4s 137ms, but the audio is only 3s 709ms, so maybe this supports the 'gap' theory & some players try to compensate differently.

How can I fix the file so it works in those other players like it works in WMP?
