    So im in Vegas 13 and it decided to not let me look at the windows because the program is overlaping the folders. I cant look at the folders to drag and drop stuff on the timeline, this sucks. I click on the taskbar on the folder I have opened and it just doesn't show up. Any help? started happening out of nowhere. Closed and opened it and same thing.

    On the taskbar the folder icon is blinking in yellow... this is weird.

    did you try view/window layouts/default layout? or it's alt+d, d.
