avi ac3 stream

How do you get the ac3 file into an avi file. Will It come out stereo sounding on any other medium like an mp3 player?

Mp3 players doesn't usually support any video...

You can use virtualdubmod to add the ac3 to an avi, file->open file, video->direct stream copy, streams->stream list and add the ac3, file->saves a new avi. Or use AVimuxgui.
