Vuze Not streaming x264 too xbox 360

As the title says, I'm trying to stream the file to my xbox 360. It says it's ready in Vuze but doesn't play. I've downloaded all sorts of codecs but still no luck.

I did get it working using Tversity when i changed it to transcode all the time - however every 5-10 seconds it would buffer and have to load (taking 10 second or so itself).

Any ideas why Vuze isn't streaming it?

You could try ps3 media server. It works for the xbox 360 too.
