After using Soopafresh's Avi Gain for 3 years I have a problem. Recently upgraded system to Win 7 64bit
and find Avi Gain won't work. I have tried administrator mode, XP Sp3 compatability mode etc. When I load
avi. files and double click Bat file the Command line box flashes on screen and then absolutely nothing
happens.Any suggestions please?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Maybe try updating the included executable's...I'm fairly sure all of them are outdated.

Start a CLI and manually run the batch file. Any difference? Add a pause after each line to see where the batch file fails.
I just downloaded the version from here:
https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/255147-Mini-Guide-Normalizing-Audio-for-Multiple-AV...light=avi_gain
and ran the "regular" batch file in Win7 64 bit and it worked just fine. Three videos in the same folder (some with spaces in the name, some without) were normalized. Maybe your AVI file isn't really an AVI file?Last edited by jagabo; 5th Nov 2010 at 05:40.
