I want to compress my movies to reduce disk space, but I don't want to lose quality.
What program do you recommend to me?

All programs that compress video's result in some loss of quality - if you notice it depends on how much compression, in general terms. It's just basic physics! There will always be a trade-off.
SONY 75" Full array 200Hz LED TV, Yamaha A1070 amp, Zidoo UHD3000, BeyonWiz PVR V2 (Enigma2 clone), Chromecast, Windows 11 Professional, QNAP NAS TS851

  3. Yes, there will be some loss of quality. Some programs: Handbrake, VidCoder, Hybrid, VirtualDub2, ffmpeg.... All free. All can deliver good or bad quality depending on how you use them.
