I have a couple avi & mp4 files that have separate english & russian language tracks. It seems the russian voice dub is the default one. I tried burning one to DVD with Nero 7 but it had the russian dub over the english only. Is there anyway I can convert or burn it with just the english track?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Are you SURE you have two different audio tracks? Have you seen these two audio tracks in software?

VirtualDubMod can resave AVIs with your choice of audio. Once you've opened an AVI, the audio streams can be found under the Streams menu.
Be sure to select "Direct Stream Copy" as the video processing method under the Video menu before saving the new version.
