Check this out. I'm trying to clean up some old Football Video. I'm using JVC SLV-5RC to Sony SLV-5RUC Super VHS VCR into Sony Color Corrector 5000w into Data Video TBC 4000. The Video still came out Bad but just alittle Bit Better. Its Still Dark & Fuzzy. Is it wise to invest in Adobe Photshop will that clean it up? Any advice would be appreciated before I kick the shit out of my equipment.

Photoshop won't help you, it is not designed for motion video. Adobe Premiere does have color correction capabilities. Check out this thread before spending any money.
