    there's a template for it in a nice ffmpeg gui:
    Avanti

    ffmpeg can also do h264
    if there's not a suitable Avanti template i can arrange one

    (many choices really for your goal)

    Has anyone even attemped to create a new time limit hack for youtube? i've been trying on my own but its almost impossible to do so with my limited understanding of hex coding. pleasetell me ppl have been atleast trying to break the patch youtube installed?
