    When i try to use virtualdub to seoerate my video and audio i keep getting this error message {cound'nt locate decompressor for format XVID (unknown).Virtualdub requires a video for windows (VFW) compatible codec to decompress video.
    Where do i get this codec for virtuldub?

    Most codecs we get from the Tools section at left. If you install the XviD codec and get the same error message, use GSpot to tell what codec you need.
