I got a brand new dvd, 'Blood Diamond'. It returns a (?) message of an error & anydvd stops at 48% on multiple comps/drives.
The problem is in one vob file, (1 gig), by just copying & pasting, I got all but the one file.
Is there software I could use to rip this file in spite of it being "bad"?
The disk is 'pristine' but could be flawed in manufacturing.

    Ideas??

(works fine with a dvd player, no pauses or glitches anywhere, , , ,)

DVD Decrypter can brute force try to copy. It can also be set to copy even if a sector came back with errors, which will copy the damaged video. Might also try different DVD drives, not all are the same.
