Need help with ffmpeg - converting m4s to mp4

Hello everyone,

Anyone knows or can help me why I am getting this error when I am trying to concatenate list of *.m4s files and convert them to .mp4?
When I am doing the same procedure through InviDownloader (Concatenate files) it works like a charm but when I am trying to use ffmpeg this the error I am getting:

ffmpeg -f concat -safe 0 -i mylist.txt -c copy concat.mp4

Even though the files in the mylist.txt are in the right order like this - 'file *.m4a'.
and the init m4s file is the first in one in mylist.txt

according to the error message the processing was aborted since a37.m4s couldn't be opened.
Are you sure the file exists and isn't broken?
