that at least works for the free stuff - nothing live atm that i can see

submanifests and fragments need the query parameter "access_token" from the top manifest appended for it to work.
this is achievable but the access_token is only valid for 5mins, so it could make it tricky to refresh and use the new token without missing or duplicating segments
